Pros
Team is given full freedom to enhances their ideas. Folks gets chance to work on various projects and learn new things. I have a great work life balance which makes me happy and motivated to take things. I never felt that it is over whelming as the team is so supportive to share the load. Management has a regular Kadence to check with employees if they are doing "ok" and what employees need.
Cons
Cons * not right now as management is flexible to hear the feedback and work on that immediately. May be I can use this platform later if at all I feel I'm not ok with something and I can't discuss that with anyone.
