Pros
Promotions and personal growth are more than possible and they do their best to promote from within before looking at outside resources. I have pretty much always felt appreciated and have been given great opportunities to learn more and take on new challenges. You have to advocate for yourself first, which shouldn't be a surprise.
The company tries to find other opportunities or departments to work with if you aren't feeling totally fulfilled, they want you to be happy.
Lots flexibility and creativity is encouraged, I don't think my manager has ever just said "no", they are always open to us trying something new.
With the Adobe announcement, Yes is really putting it's focus into training and investing in the people.
You can work remote and have an easy going schedule. If you need to break away an hour early one day, no one is going to lose their minds as long as you are responsible.
Offices are in different parts of the US so occasional travel is always nice
Team Culture events and office happy hours
PTO is generous
Cons
Healthcare benefits are expensive
On boarding program isn't consistent, each department develops their own process which results in knowledge gaps
Salaries have been known to be below average in the past but this is something they are working on.
