      Tips, great people, lots of interaction with tourists as everyone is on vacation and is generally happy. Great location down on Georgia Street very close to Stanley park

      Pros

      Yes Cycle offers extra compensation based on hours worked and daily gross revenue, making sure that employees feel entitled to their hard work.

      Cons

      It is a seasonal job, so revenue and hours decrease in the winter. Hence why this job is better for students during their summer break

      Friendly environment and multicultural staff. Honest, fair and transparent with all employees. Pay bonuses accordingly with the targets achievements.

      Pay minimum wage and have no sick days or any other benefits.
