Pros
The only Pros to this job is that it's a job I don't think they're going to keep you busy during the winter
Cons
Hours fluctuate they'll tell you what you want to hear even though they know they're they're lying till winter comes around then they start looking for any small reason to lay you off and to add to the situation the management teams will lie on the paperwork so that you can't at least get Workers Comp while you're out working and they will not let you know ahead of time to where you can start looking for another job somewhere else
