There’s genuine investment in hiring the right people and in the software and tools needed to do the job properly including the latest from AI and Marketing Software. The team is supportive, ideas are welcomed, and it’s a great environment if you enjoy learning and developing in a fast-paced marketing role.
Cons
Because the business is driven and moving quickly, the pace can be high at times and there’s pressure to keep up with growth. Priorities can shift, but it comes with working in a driven company.
