I am so happy to share pros for YC as there are none but the good thing is they are good for nothing, THANK GOD! even being good at nothing is a task. :)
Cons
Oh, where to start from, have long long list like others and by others i mean real comments not fake comments like fun place to learn etc, if it would have been a fun place then why would there be such diversity in reviews, founder and co-founder don't even know how to put comments, now you can judge how much they know about management, design and betterment of employees and everything, trust me no one give bad reviews to anyone since no one cares but here others and me myself is taking out time just to give our "not so fake" reviews. Management, founder and whatever have only one work to do (yeah of course they do have work, c'mon guys) to put comments, since no one else ever will, to the all the employees out there, if you want to experience torture, discouragement, useless design solutions, 0 appreciation please you all are welcome to YC as when you will leave YC (haha which you definitely will ASAP) you will feel any other company in the world so much useful and productive. The owners make others work for no reason as there is no work and they torture, they think they know everything and pretend to guid, haha, but under their guidance whatever is created (since it would be a sin to say 'designed') client never approves that and they put all the blame on the employee, They have 0 trust on the employees (please someone ask, why?) and employees have 0 trust on them (hey we are ready with a list!). Guys jokes apart, short and simple its a bad place and it might close in some time and there will be no glass door account left.
