      Pros

      Yellow Magic's philosophy is to not micro manage their employees and empower them to have take ownership of their work.

      Cons

      The only problem with Yellow Magic is that the industry that they specialize in is dwindling. Yellow Magic makes software for people that make phonebooks.

      Pros

      Yellow Magic is one of three companies that develop business system for telephone publishers in the world. Now, it has been merged to another company which is good since we could improve the products!

      Cons

      No 401k contribution, no raise for several years, several software is legacy. Need to be rewritten to improve and satisfy clients. No Christmas party, nothing to receive to be thankful for working hard.
