This is hands down the worst company I ever worked for. Management disrespects you every chance they get. No raises. Overworked. Little regard for employee wellbeing. You can’t open up about your personal life because management will use it against you and write you up. I stayed with them way to long. It’s taken me months at my new company to realize, “oh, this is how a company is ran and I can be happy at work.” I don’t have to be paranoid about management screwing me over anymore. I cannot say this enough, run away from this company. Save your mental health!
