      The partners are engaged, communicative and focused on constantly improving work conditions and productivity. We work on-site, which allows us to engage directly with clients, and enjoy the perks of various startups.

      It's a young company, so sometimes tactics and strategies change quickly, which requires adaptability.

      Great management: -Founders are very open with everything. Every week we get updates on current and potential clients -Super through while training their employees -New ideas are highly encouraged

      Pros

      Management is very hands on, provides great training, and really focuses on making sure the client comes first. The brand that Yeeldr promotes is that they won't waste a client's time by sending 50 resumes. They will take the time to vet the potential candidates and will make sure the client's management team only meets with qualified candidates so as to not waste anyone's time.

      Cons

      As of now nothing, I couldn't be happier working for the company.
