Pros
No praise when you reach and exceed your KPIs. Hours and hours of ILLEGAL UNPAID work. Completely unprofessional business. Customers are basically harrased to purchase because staff are constantly anxious and under pressure. Rudest area manager I've ever come across. Wouldn't do this job again unless I was desperate and had no other option - hours cut from 30 to 3 in a constant cycle of being put on a quiet Monday morning shift not able to prove my sales.
Cons
Pretty much everything. No career progression available here - even if there was a job available I would rather gorge my eyes out with a fork.
