Dear san, My self Akshay Khaladkar I am working in the ME department Auto CAD as a Junior Engineer As you know about Monday's concern, I have worked on my task but have not completed it during the time frame but I have discussed with plant head San about the need a more time for the Task. But they did not agree after working 12 hrs, they instructed security to take my ID card and release me from the company. After the day today, I going to the office in the morning, but security has not allowed entry into the plant. After a discussion with the Security person, they were instructed by HR and the plant head about the entry. So kindly brief me on the case 1) why release without any reson? 2) why was my entry banned in the office? 3) In this situation how is it possible to get a new job? Kindly brief me on the same Is it right or wrong as per Yazaki policy
