Yazaki has a strong history and tradition behind it. I honestly believe the Yazaki family care about the well-being of their employees.
Cons
The company is caught in an endless loop of transition. Just about the time a new process or model is put into practice, a new leader or CEO will come along to change everything again. It has led to a lack of stability over the past decade.
