Close group of friends that run the place. Promotions given to brown nosers. It’s a disgrace, low morale among staff, no extracurricular activities whatsoever. There is no team, just greedy individuals that care about themselves only. Salaries are very low. Washrooms and cafeteria are filthy. The way you treated your staff during Covid crisis is miserable. No help at all. You kept, as usual, all the working dogs with no verticality, that would do just anything to please their boss.
