Pros
The people were great. Everyone is extremely helpful and passionate about what they do. There is high visibility and communication with the CEO which is nice. More companies should strive for that. The facilities are very nice, and well maintained. There is a lot of opportunities for movement within the company, you just have to look for them. There is plenty of trainings offered to employees.
Cons
The company doesn't care as much as I would hope about employees individually. Some managers care more than others. I saw plenty of people come in to a box on their desk and be told it was their last day, without warning, Many of which were people who worked there for over 20 years. The company does not like high salaried individuals, and seems to do a lot to get rid of them. The company let go of hundreds of workers during COVID, without warning, which was devastating to many families. I was let go during COVID and was told to return my items(laptop and such) within one day of being terminated, but they never returned any of my items from my desk. Its been 3 months and I still have not received my stuff.
