Pros
Software R&D Team sitting in Pune corporate office.-> Nothing good to appreciate\hang on. Other teams -> Safe company, they don't remove you even if you don't do your job.
Cons
I have a list of points which I would say are super problematic, I wish management actually sees this review. -There is super discrimination within same building, different floors. --The 6th floor where higher management, HR, sales and finance people sit, have better amenities in washroom & cafeteria. --The same rules which they boast upon alot, are different for Japanese people (ex-pats), senior management people, finance, HR teams and R&D team. -> All bad rules applicable only for R&D people. -The mindset right from Watchmen/guard to coworkers think that this is the Japanese company and is owned by those japanese expats(japanese coworkers),and they naturally are superior to us. -The guards sitting outside think they are superiors than you and are entitled to question you on anytime anything anywhere. Most of them have an attitude you can't stand for. -The higher management has plant mentality comparitively. So the work environment is not a software friendly.
