Corporate takes so much from licencees that it trickles down to affect the hosts. The ad on Indeed says $20/h, but starting rate was below minimum wage on the basis of the employees being 'contractors', despite not fitting the definition. I feel awful for the licencees who got stuck in a failed get-rich-quick scheme as the businesses are clearly falling apart. I feel for the artists who are left in a seemingly hopeless position. With every change to the way the company operates, the only people who benefit are stock holders and corporate goons.
