      The software architecture and stack is great. The are different projects and you can change of project if you wish. You receive good benefits.

      Cons

      The tech management is poor, the managers lack of experience at coding. As startup company your job is not for a long term.

      100% remote, fresh start culture.

      Bad leadership from 2/3 of their founders, they hired great talent but being too operative on daily basis and losing the focus on strategy big-picture.
