Pros

The company is very well organized and pulls together everything I need in order to make sure I have the meals ordered, the vender location, and the school to which I'm delivering. The training is excellent, with knowledgeable coworkers and shift supervisor that are very easy to work with. I enjoy the work itself, too! It's great to know that I'm part of how kids get their lunch for the day. I also like that the company is thoughtful about how much it relies on its staff to use personal car and cell phone by reimbursing for mileage and giving a small data use stipend. Lastly, even though I'm part time I still accrue sick leave, which is something I haven't had in other part time jobs.

Cons

At least for me this is a part time role with Max 3.5 hours a day. It's perfect for my availability but I could see it being limiting for someone looking for full time work with health benefits, etc.

Pros

Set schedule M-F, with weekends and school holidays off. Intuitive technology to track work tasks, payroll, leave requests, and communications with colleagues. Generous mileage reimbursement for drive between vender and school, plus partial reimbursement for the company relying on personal cell phone.

Cons

Hourly wage is good but the hours are part-time. Sick leave accrual is slow (but at least it's there!).
