Pros
Everyone really brings their whole self to work which makes the team dynamics some of the best. There's tons of events and it's very easy to feel welcome here. The projects are super interesting and diverse and really make an impact, so work is very engaging here.
Cons
42h per week is a lot and a dealbreaker for many. Especially with a complete on-site job and the commute, work takes up pretty much all your time. Considering that, 26 vacation days also is not a lot and pay could be better, even though its already slightly above market rates. Education, even if mandatory, only counts as 50% work time.
