Some pros of working at yates; - competitive salary -supportive coworkers - allows for hybrid and remote work based on circumstances
Cons
The only con I have is not directly tied to Yates engineering itself. The work ebbs and flows a lot. I left the company due to a layoff and I pray they get slammed with work again so I have the opportunity to return to the Yates family
