Rostering system makes it easy to plan ahead. Great leave entitlements, up to 7 weeks per year for full time.
Cons
Currently negotiating new EBA, it remains to be seen how the conditions compare to current ones. A push toward part time work force (casualisation). Depending on depot, some of the trams are ageing and repeatedly faulty.
