After working for a few jobs with very toxic, negative environments, I've found my place. There is not only opportunity for my career to move forward in this company, but the opportunity for personal growth as well. I've learned so much from my coworkers and I'm proud to be a part of this team.

With growth of a company comes growing pains. We have some among the team that are stuck in the past or how "we used to do it" and are afraid of change and technology. It will get better, but hard to navigate currently.
