Yardview/Cypress Inland Corp is a wonderful company to work for. It is a positive and friendly work environment. The leadership cares about their employees and want to invest in their growth as people and as professionals. Lots of challenging projects of all levels, with loads of exciting future improvements to expand into. It is one of the best cultures I have worked in. Additionally, they encourage a work life balance that focuses on their employees. I have felt nothing but support and encouragement from the management and company. At first I was worried that the commute up from Colorado Springs would be tough but it has been easy. Couldn’t ask for a better company to work for. I would highly recommend this company.
