Long hours, so don't expect to be cut, because that's not something that will happen and the more you ask your MOD the pettiest they get and will keep you there until closing with no tables. Management only cares about the company and they don't care about your wellbeing, so it doesn't matter if you are sick or whatnot, they will keep you on the floor and most times they will tell you not to talk about being sick cause otherwise you'd be sent home (??). Favoritism is how Yard House is run by, if the managers like you, even if you are not a good server, they will give you the best section and shifts.
