      - No micromanagement - Flexible Working hours - Lots of resources available to help when needed from other Consultants/Developers - Company is growing well and has great business model - Management listen and take feedback from employees

      - New in Canada so some resources were not available day 1

      Post Acquisition, Yantra has contributed a lot in Tech. Awesome Leadership. Every one was felt inclusive during the acquistion
