Pros
The product cool factor is high as you are working on something that delivers music videos or manages award shows. There are more than a few languages in use - which I suppose is a pro and a con but it is handled pretty well. The team is small so you are expected to know how to do a lot of different things. There are different divisions but everyone gets along well.
Cons
The office is a bit small - but that can sometimes help the team atmosphere. The older enterprise product is still web-forms...would be nice if there was time to re-do parts.
