      Pros

      - one of the few fashion companies in Phoenix area - dogs at work (yes please!) - bonus program for professional development (they PAY YOU to get better at your crafts) - Lots of team events - Want to implement a new idea? Take ownership of it and make it happen. Very little red tape.

      - competitive environment - lots of changes - be ready to make constant adjustments

      Pros

      Photo shoots, working with the models and MUHA.

      Cons

      Leadership was extremely toxic. Mean girl high school mentality. Leadership are bullies. No room for growth and constant belittling. Mainly with Aras who I guess is now the CEO? Told me I sucked at my job and was bewildered when I told him I was quitting primarily due to the work environment. I literally got berated on the phone after hours because I was in the shower and didn't answer the phone about a PR issue that I had zero involvement with.
