      Great company full of lot's of really nice employees that are more than happy to work with you and teach you tricks

      You are another shoe with no match, you have no input for bettering process or changing any time delaying requirements

      Pros

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Cons

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
