Pros
The job is fun and had quite a bit of travel and testing that I liked to do. I was also given a lot of freedom to develop my own test programs.
Cons
I worked a large amount of overtime with no additional compensation. The managers in the office were in constant disarray and did not get along with each other. Office was socially divided depending on your manager. I never had set goals or direction.
