Pros
The people and fun environment and great benefits. Some nice family fun activities such as Halloween and the company picnic, although there is no holiday party.
Cons
Technology here sucks. Everything is out dated, no new systems, no quality control, no document control, no training, people hold on to the knowledge they have and then retire. Over half of the company is at retiring age and everything is out dated. Communication between departments are non existent. Also treats their temp staff like second class citizens.
