Low pay Fully onsite with no work from home Very archaic vibe in the office, not modern and feels like I stepped back into 1993 - cubicles, low lighting, water coolers, old coffee pot Little training and learning opportunities Company culture is just very drab Lots of older people that have been here for 20 and 30 years so the culture hasn’t really progressed much since then Projects are boring and unless you care about Yamaha Products not gonna really care about your work Very little diversity in terms of race I barely see Black or Latin people here and the Black people that do work here are either in HR, but not in any leadership roles
