      Erin Morelli You do gain access to Yale’s networking

      Cons

      Connecticut and YNHH culture is very, very difficult to integrate in. It’s just not a cohesive environment. It’s hard to explain.

      In academia, where salaries are generally lower than in the corporate sector, there can be a disproportionate amount of arrogance because many people are motivated by prestige and status rather than financial compensation.
