Benefits are good, free parking on west campus
Cons
Toxic work environment, no direct manager, lack of communication, no structure. Nurses sit in a room for most of the day, which leads to toxic behaviors and gossip. Mandatory overtime with no overtime pay (low stipend. Salary) paid once a month. Then there's the stigma of the podcast going around now...it can be embarrassing.
