Pros
Still offers good benefits to long time employees. Liberal holidays and tuition benefits for children after six years of employment. Excellent shuttle service around campus.
Cons
Lower pay scales than local job market. Major cuts to benefits and manpower blamed on endowment. Also very poor career development for hourly employees. Most promotions based on personal connections, often with people not meeting posted qualifications being given the position.
