Its an awful research setting where labor exploitation for many immigrants and early-career professionals has become the norm. The schools "belonging" commitment to DEI is all words and no action. There's no wonder that their retention for minority faculty is abysmal and the school culture is lacking miles behind the other schools. They need to do better to hold their bad faculty accountable
