Yale - don't change - Anonymous employee Yale University Employee Review

Recent move toward a "corporate" model of benefits, which doesn't work well here. Changes are too fast and too severe. Leave policies no longer make Yale and attractive option for staff compared to similar schools. New Haven can't attract without the broad generous policies.
