Pros
The people are the are probably the greatest thing about this place. Everyone is welcoming, smart, helpful, and easy going. The Ivy league attitude is not an issue here, at least among the bio grad school students and profs.
Cons
Surprisingly, maintenance of buildings, computer connection, etc. is very inefficient. OML building in particular seems to be left behind with respect to upgrades and general working environment upkeep. Takes forever to get anything fixed - light bulbs, wireless, cubicles, ... . Seems that there is no structure regarding maintenance.
