      Not a one. That is all.

      Cons

      Their hiring process and determinations are based on many other factors rather than talent and credentials. Over ten applications for various positions, for which I have decades of experience, and four degrees. One of which is a doctorate! If you aren't an alum, you're scum.

      In academia, where salaries are generally lower than in the corporate sector, there can be a disproportionate amount of arrogance because many people are motivated by prestige and status rather than financial compensation.
