      Agricultural and brewer oriented with a significant amount of entertaining with customers. Overall a fun culture. Management has changed repeatedly and some employees block others progress.

      Very cliquey, with employees backstabbing each other.

      Very good benefits, lots of emphasis on employee development, and a unique culture that you will not find anywhere else.

      Cons

      Can get stuck in old ways, with tenured leaders who might not be right anymore for the size of the organization and industry now.
