A lot of small benefits like free food, free upgrade to Dell curved screen, free vending machine to get apple accessories like keyboard, magic mouse, etc. Use a lot of open source tools and open to integrate with latest open source software.
Cons
Not stable, net income decline year by year. Lay off happens almost once every year...
