Most of the people here (75%) are great to work with - from all levels and all departments. There is a lot of room for growth if you want it. Our products are in demand leading to a feeling of security with our business. Our benefits are top-tier.

Some of the folks here spend a substantial amount of energy complaining and stirring up drama, and it can make the day long and difficult for the rest of us. Communication needs to be stronger. Customer demands make our schedules fluctuate and it makes it hard to plan time away from work if you're not sure overtime will be necessary to hit our numbers.
