- Young company and small team, so any role would require some work that is not in the job description. I personally liked it as there is learning, but may sometimes come in the way of primary work.

The managers are pretty easygoing; The work environment is pretty chill.

It's quite a small start-up, and sometimes you are required to do the work that is not listed in the descriptions. The company tries to be culturally diverse however, sometimes communications do not work so well with the cultural difference, so the diversity is there as a number but not embraced so well as a real thing.
