      Micro management, every single options no matter small or big decision have to go through owner, made everything slower Not much employee benefit Not strict for SOP, can be exceptions if people with ‘cable’

      You get to look smart in the office

      Cons

      You get to lose your sense of humanity, your life outside of work, your hobbies, your personal belongings and everything else goes to the company. You live, breathe the company.
