Pros
The pay and benefits were great. You started at $11 and worked up to around $22 an hour within 3 years no matter whether you were part time or full time. Overtime was time and half for full time employees. Benefits were offered to both part time and full time employees. It was an excellent job to have while going to college.
Cons
Billing was almost all 2nd shift and those who got 1st or almost 1st shift had either been there for a very long time or were chosen for seemingly random reasons. There weren't a lot of cons until the merger with Yellow happened and the company started to go down hill. Upper management handled the entire situation poorly. We did get a good separation package, though.
