Pros
Decent training program not too short or long. Pay per mile is more than most trucking companies.
Cons
Trucks are raggedy and dirty and should be scrapped. Every truck had over one million miles on them. Trailers not much better all rusted out. If you are a new driver you are on call 24/7 and have no life. Union rules fosters lazy people. Trucks are not ready when promised often need to be repaired before you even begin your day.
