You learn to work with all personalities both good and bad. Fellow supervisors are cool but upper management need a little work.
Cons
You can fire someone that failed a drug test for meth and cocaine somehow they get their back. And fail the drug test again and the company will put them in rehab still pay them for them to continue feeding their habits.
