Terrible company - Switcher/Yard Jockey YRC Freight Employee Review

Laying off tenured employees so they can bring in 97 employees from another company to take those jobs, and then make others who didn’t make lay off, be put on a call board and hope you get called for work. Senior employees will make your life miserable and they will whine and cry until they get their way. Company and union are both greedy, and will not have your back at any given time. Also, while on said call board, you get to lose your benefits and possibly get hit with a 3,000 health insurance bill. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.00. This is a company to be weary of. RUN from this company!
