Benefits are a pro… kinda , there is alot of stipulations to it , u can only see certain doctors you can only cover dependents that are apart of a marriage , they can cancel ur insurance if u miss too much work. They litterally give you free will on P&D , and the pay is average bout 24 here in kc
Cons
Not enough work, alot of sitting around in your truck, they tell u your guaranteed 8hours but thats not true youre forced 8hours if they dont have the work you sit in the driver room for (x) of hours , wayy too much politics . The senior drivers act like woman . Personally the pay sucks , my last 7day work week was 1500 before taxes
