Pros
The team members are great to work with! If you don’t have a lot of Sales experience so cannot get hired at a better Freight company then you can get good experience here.
Cons
They do don’t care about their employees or customers! They will step over a dollar to save a nickel. Continually lose customers and employee because they just don’t care and think customers and employees are very replaceable. Work life balance is horrible. To much time taking us away from our territory with the same monotonous conference call and meetings. They pay the lowest in the industry. If you have experience don’t work here. Upper management is the good old boys club no women. VP’s maybe one if that director. The fellow employees make it worth it and the customers are great. Just constantly trying to keep them when the service fails. Disconnect between operations and corporate.
