Pros
If you enjoy being bullied and threatened then you'll like YRC. Management takes hands off attitude if you are union. Employees carry guns on premises even though illegal. If want to lay back and not work then you'll like YRC.
Cons
There is no management. Most managers and YRC human relations scared of union. Very hostile, threatening work environment.
